Plastic & Aesthetic Surgery · Tbilisi, Georgia

“A beautiful face is a silent recommendation.”

— Francis Bacon

Clinic Tsope was founded on a simple conviction: that a surgeon should have the eye of a sculptor. Since 1956, three generations of the Khutsidze family have carried that conviction from Tbilisi to Moscow, Prague, Tokyo and Paris — and back home again.

The name behind the clinic

Doctor “Tsope.”

Vakhtang Khutsidze wanted to become a painter, a sculptor, a carver. War rerouted him into medicine — but the dream never left him. In 1956, as a young otorhinolaryngologist, he performed Georgia's first endonasal rhinoplasty: a nose reshaped from the inside, without a single cut on the skin. Friends had long called him “Tsope.” After that operation, the nickname became a reputation, and the reputation became a clinic.
